Our electroless nickel blend is a bright nickel that not only looks good but also has excellent corrosion protection once plated, a very hard surface and wear resistance finish and is perfect for the environment within your old or new fuel tank. 100 percent ethanol proof and unlike liners or other easy poor in solutions will not detach from the internal surface of the fuel tank.


We have developed all of the pre treatment and cleaning methods needed prior to the nickel plating of your tank without damaging the external paint. This is all to make sure the nickel plate has a surgically cleaned metal surface with which to key itself too, thus give a life time of service.
Just so you chaps and ladies know, we can still remove a dent out of your tank after nickel plate without damaging the nickel plating, this has already been tried and tested

We are a family run company that, for the last 25 years, has specialised in motorcycle tank dent removal, developing new ideas and perfecting our unique technique using Andy's experience of being a dent technician since 2000.

How We Restore Every Tank Back To It's Original State

We expertly remove dents without harming the paintwork so there is no need to paint or use filler. If the paint is damaged, we can remove dents and prep your tank ready to paint.

 

We can get into and remove all dents, no matter where they are on your tank without a cut! This is how we are able to keep your tank looking like new.

 

To keep your tank in pristine condition, we have custom developed a jig that holds any make and model, designed to protect and care for every tank we work on.

Erbzerg 2024

The Erzberg Rodeo is an Austrian motorcycle enduro event started in 1995 and held annually in May or June. It is the largest of its kind in Europe so I had to visit in 2024.

Where did your passion for bikes start?

​

As a child, I was always (and still am!) swapping bikes with friends, taking apart and rebuilding them. My very first bike was a DT175mx. Other bikes included a Honda CJ250, Honda CB 750, Yamaha R6, Apilia RSV Factory, Suzuki Hayabusa GSX 1300, Honda VFR 1200, BMW GS Adventure, Husqvarna 650 & 450, KTM 350 and a KTM RC8. I restored a Yamaha DT250 & RD250 and my current bike is a BMW GS 1200 LC.

Why did you decide to make it your business?

 

After denting my Suzuki Hyabusa, I realised that there was a gap in the market for motorcycle dent removal.  After researching the paintless dent removal, I discovered that the processes in place could be improved but I had to think of a less invasive or destructive method of gaining access to the tanks.  I then hit on the idea of designing a custom jig that could hold any make of tank.
